The MPOA manages and enforces the Declaration of Easements, Covenants, and Restrictions; including the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Any modifications that you make to your home’s exterior including; fencing, landscape changes, lighting, paint or structures, must be approved by the ARC. Please refer to the Design Guidelines for the MPOA.

Starkey Ranch CDD
A Community Development District (CDD) is a quasi-governmental entity that ensures professional management of the community. The CDD builds, operates and maintains parks, pools, playgrounds, trails and other amenities through the issuance of 30-year bonds. The bond debt is repaid by homeowners as part of their annual property tax bill and is calculated based on the size of the home site. An annual operations and maintenance fee also appears on the tax bill. The CDD also administers the trash collection in the community.
